Panchkarma

Panchkarma is a cleansing and rejuvenating therapy that is often used in Ayurveda to remove toxins from the body and restore balance. In the context of autism, panchkarma is believed to help improve the digestive system, reduce inflammation, and enhance the immune system. The therapy involves a series of massages that help eliminate toxins and promote healing. Panchkarma involves full body massage from head to toe which relaxes the body. It is highly effective in reducing hyperactivity in children with ASD. Children on the spectrum have difficulty sitting at one place. Panchkarma is highly beneficial in improving sitting tolerance. Also it has been proven to be effective for sensory issues especially involving touch. Full body massage is followed by full body steam which is also beneficial for removing toxins and cleansing the body in a natural way.
